Terra Nova knows that freshness is critical. That’s why we roast to order in small batches. Your coffee is roasted either the day we receive your order, or the next business day, and is packed and shipped promptly. We ship via both USPS and FedEx, depending on the size of the order. If you have no preference, we will choose whichever method is less expensive.

If you don’t agree that Terra Nova Coffee is fresher and better tasting than the coffee you are presently drinking, or if for any reason Terra Nova Coffee fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product. We simply require the return of all unused product in its original package. If you feel you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money. Availability
Terra Nova Coffee Roasters may routinely update the products available for sale online. While we strive to display only the products that are currently available, seasonal availability for specialty coffee might make it necessary to select an alternative variety. Specialty coffee is subject to strict growing seasons throughout the world, so that not all premium coffees are always available at the same time. If this should occur, we will not substitute without contacting you and receiving your permission.
