With a name like Brewster, you’ve either got to go into coffee or beer! After many years at sea, sampling various coffees in ports around the world, John chose to begin a gourmet coffee-roasting business and expand the horizons and choices of coffee drinkers in our part of the world. Since he’s married to Cindy, an organic farmer, there was no question that Terra Nova Coffee would import only premium organic beans, and would focus on Fair Trade coffees as well.

For several years, John & Cindy owned and operated a cafe in Keene, NH serving Terra Nova Coffee exclusively. In 2007, their cafe won the "Best in New Hampshire - Best Cup of Coffee" award from New Hampshire Magazine.
